Delmiro Ubendu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Laureano Seber was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Saturnino Maju during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rangel fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! In the 20th minute Oscar Alvarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elpidio Mannie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Gergori in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Mannie prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Massao Arena were furious when Aurelio Mederi was red carded, 27 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Aurelio Mederi kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Laureano Seber managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rangel's supporters rose to their feet, but Laureano Seber was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elpidio Mannie breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ambrosio Cordarius could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Elpidio Mannie made a huge save. In the 32nd minute of the match, Julian Gergori tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elpidio Mannie saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Julian Gergori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Alvarez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elpidio Mannie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 38th match minute, Massao Arena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Ishmael to maneuver through the defense. Laureano Seber took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elpidio Mannie. Massao Arena's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Oscar Alvarez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Elpidio Mannie made a huge save. Ambrosio Cordarius struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Elpidio Mannie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rangel. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Julian Gergori was the one to do the kick off. Cristian Arotza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 54 minutes into the match, Massao Arena's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Gergori came free, but Elpidio Mannie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ambrosio Cordarius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elpidio Mannie read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Oscar Alvarez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Elpidio Mannie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rangel's Julian Gergori got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rangel's Laureano Seber got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Laureano Seber off the ground. Laureano Seber hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Cristian Arotza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Oscar Alvarez came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Rangel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Alvarez couldn't finish the play. When Teodosio Sergi fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Massao Arena's protests and gave Teodosio Sergi a yellow card for diving instead. Teodosio Sergi kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After 68 played minutes Massao Arena got a freekick which was hit by Teodosio Sergi. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Arotza in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mateo Schellekens saved Rangel from getting behind. Rangel's Mateo Schellekens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Rangel from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Everardo Poz during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A nice corner shot did that Bruno Arixo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mateo Schellekens quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 91 minutes into the match, Massao Arena's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Cordarius came free, but Elpidio Mannie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Massao Arena were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Rangel's much stronger midfield.
