Bragan Brennan kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. real punta alta's Joel Cordarrol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Unax in the 41st minute of play. Jarūnas Bložė charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jarūnas Bložė the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The real punta alta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Muñoz FC were winning 0-1.

Elvio Unax received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Joel Cordarrol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Muñoz FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than real punta alta.
