GalaEstrechi FC's Isaac Florin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Orlando Arano in the 40 minute of the game. Eriberto Remicio took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eloy Rami. Eloy Rami dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cipriano Teofilio in the 46th minute of play forced Union de Santa Fe's goalkeeper Eloy Rami to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cipriano Teofilio was the one to do the kick off. Lucas Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manolo Antecha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A sloppy throw-in by Orlando Arano in the 56th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by GalaEstrechi FC's Moisey Roschin. In the 57th minute, GalaEstrechi FC's Cipriano Teofilio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Eloy Rami. Eloy Rami yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. GalaEstrechi FC's Lucas Netto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvaldo Oton in the 64th minute of play. Cipriano Teofilio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Eloy Rami made a huge save. Eloy Rami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Remicio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Samuel Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Netto having to interfere. After some careless play in the GalaEstrechi FC defense, Pastor Ekialde kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Netto. The GalaEstrechi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Netto should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Union de Santa Fe's Eloy Rami got control of the ball when Samuel Eyague tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Bernabe Benvido cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Lucas Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 82nd minute, Bernabe Benvido got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Bernabe Benvido came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Union de Santa Fe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernabe Benvido couldn't finish the play. Union de Santa Fe's Eloy Rami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cipriano Teofilio in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of GalaEstrechi FC booed when Union de Santa Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manolo Antecha didn't get a good kick on the ball. GalaEstrechi FC's attentive Isaac Florin managed to snatch the ball when Orlando Arano made a throw-in in the 91st minute of the game. Lucas Netto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Ekialde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting.
