In the 5th minute Yavuzalp Emek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Ayala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Academia Juvenil defense, Pius Kottmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Peru. The Academia Juvenil fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Peru should have stopped the shot. 9 minutes into the game, Pius Kottmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bigines's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Academia Juvenil the free kick. Santos Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Ayala having to interfere. Antonio Ricart struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Arnaldo Ayala didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academia Juvenil. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Pius Kottmann managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bigines's supporters rose to their feet, but Pius Kottmann was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Peru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the game, Academia Juvenil's Yavuzalp Emek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arnaldo Ayala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 21st minute, Thanos Karalexis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ermegildo Bizen kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Academia Juvenil's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Christobal came free, but Bruno Peru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaston Gil lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. When the match had been going on for 33 minutes, Academia Juvenil's Santos Ticho got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Arnaldo Ayala. Santos Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Ayala having to interfere. With a little luck, Bigines's Arnaldo Ayala got control of the ball when Santos Ticho tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baldomiro Berdoi during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 46 played minutes Bigines got a freekick which was hit by Baldomiro Berdoi.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Santos Ticho to make the kick off. After 54 minutes of play, Academia Juvenil's Yavuzalp Emek made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arnaldo Ayala was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 57 played minutes Academia Juvenil got a freekick which was hit by Felix Eutropio. Academia Juvenil's Bruno Peru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pius Kottmann in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute of the match Baldomiro Berdoi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Peru skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Yavuzalp Emek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Academia Juvenil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yavuzalp Emek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Santos Ticho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Ayala having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Bigines's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Ticho came free, but Arnaldo Ayala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arnaldo Ayala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Ticho in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Ticho in the 76th minute of play forced Bigines's goalkeeper Arnaldo Ayala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baldomiro Berdoi hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Academia Juvenil's Guilherme Joinvilense couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 78th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Bigines. The supporters of Bigines booed when Academia Juvenil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Bizen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pius Kottmann could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Bruno Peru made a huge save. 82 minutes into the match, Pius Kottmann dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruno Peru, 3-2. The audience was convinced that Santos Ticho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnaldo Ayala was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. Arnaldo Ayala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Ticho in the 87th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Bigines's zone, Santos Ticho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Ayala came out of the goal and Santos Ticho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Santos Ticho's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnaldo Ayala was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Academia Juvenil's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
