When Eleuterio Lano fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neanderthal's protests and gave Eleuterio Lano a yellow card for diving instead. Julian Egoi had in the 10thth minute some difficulties stopping Genaro Clemencin's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Virgilio Lugo in the 16thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Albano Gar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Pim Pero put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Albano Gar. Neanderthal's Benjamin Florin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Genaro Clemencin in the 22 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Virgilio Lugo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Neanderthal's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Lugo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albano Gar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neanderthal's Pim Pero got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pim Pero in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albano Gar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pim Pero in the 28th minute of play forced Chaján AFCs's goalkeeper Albano Gar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Chaján AFCs's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Lugo came free, but Albano Gar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Chaján AFCs defense, Pim Pero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albano Gar. The Chaján AFCs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albano Gar should have stopped the shot. Prudencio Aureo hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 38th play minutes Pim Pero shot 3-1, a short shot which went by Albano Gar and just under the crossbar into goal. After 42 minutes, Benjamin Florin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Neanderthal and the Chaján AFCs players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 42nd minute, Benjamin Florin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eloy Rafel hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pim Pero in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Albano Gar saved Chaján AFCs from getting behind. 55 minutes into the game, Neanderthal's Pim Pero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albano Gar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Neanderthal made a substitution. Lino Liher replaced Pim Pero. Chaján AFCs's Albano Gar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Liher in the 65th minute of play. In the 91stth minute of the game Lino Liher who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chaján AFCs's Albano Gar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 93rd minute, Norberto Frascuelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cecilio Esdras's late challenge caught a Neanderthal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cecilio Esdras helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Chaján AFCs's Cecilio Esdras got a free kick in the 95th minute. Chaján AFCs's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
