Gabriel Matai was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 17 minutes into the match, El Pode FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Santana came free, but Gabriel Matai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 21st minute Angel Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Matai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Prospero Lander in the 24th minute. With a little luck, El Pode FC's Gabriel Matai got control of the ball when Prospero Lander tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Lander got free with Gabriel Matai in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, El Pode FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Santana came free, but Gabriel Matai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulgencio Sasoin hit a great ball. Gabriel Matai made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Zacarias Iyan sent off a good shot on target. El Pode FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 47th minute, when Angel Santana scored to the left of an out of position Gabriel Matai, making the score, 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karl-Ove Karlstedt to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Donato Ariando made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Matai. El Pode FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. When Baldomiro Dimas fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Berazategui City AFC's protests and gave Baldomiro Dimas a yellow card for diving instead. Berazategui City AFC's Maximo Edwardo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Berazategui City AFC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Santana in the 65th minute of play forced El Pode FC's goalkeeper Gabriel Matai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute Angel Santana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximo Edwardo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Librado in the 68th minute of play. Augusto Calisto hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Angel Santana in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Matai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Prospero Lander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Calisto hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. When Augusto Calisto fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored El Pode FC's protests and gave Augusto Calisto a yellow card for diving instead. 89 minutes into the match, Zacarias Iyan notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of El Pode FC's Gabriel Matai.
