Yao Peng Jun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Colon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yao Peng Jun having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Geordy Dejonghe made a precise shot to the right of Ruben Pasqual. Lezcanos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 20th minute, Constantino Haritz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lezcanos FC were furious when Mateo Birjaio was red carded, 24 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of Los Demoledores booed when Lezcanos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Birjaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Lucas Lleir came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Los Demoledores fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucas Lleir couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Geordy Dejonghe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constantino Haritz in the 53rd minute of play forced Lezcanos FC's goalkeeper Ruben Pasqual to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorio Firman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Prudencio Osoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lezcanos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Demoledores the free kick. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruben Pasqual showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Victorio Firman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruben Pasqual showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geordy Dejonghe, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. After having played for 81 minutes, Victorio Firman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lezcanos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorio Firman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Los Demoledores were victorious despite being under pressure from Lezcanos FC for much of the match.
