Ya Veran's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Dantel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Poncio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Arnoldo Cibran fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aserradero FC's protests and gave Arnoldo Cibran a yellow card for diving instead. Arnoldo Cibran kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Ismael Poncio was a little too slow when Osmar da Rocha got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 1-0. Ismael Poncio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felipe Dantel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute of the match, Felipe Dantel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ismael Poncio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Fulgencio Dolcet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Estebe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felipe Dantel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Ismael Poncio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 minutes, Delmar Abar made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Ya Veran's Fulgencio Dolcet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ismael Poncio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Osmar da Rocha in the 37th minute. In the 38th minute, Ya Veran's Felipe Dantel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Ismael Poncio was a little too slow when Felipe Dantel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Osmar da Rocha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Melquiades Estebes short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Fulgencio Dolcet to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Osvaldo Erlantz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismael Poncio having to interfere. If Felipe Dantel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ya Veran made a substitution. Fausto Gregory replaced Joe Oyen. The audience was convinced that Osmar da Rocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Poncio was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Delmar Abar struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Fulgencio Dolcet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aserradero FC. A nice corner shot did that Jonathan Peyo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fulgencio Dolcet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Osmar da Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Ismael Poncio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fulgencio Dolcet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Abar, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Anibal Mouricio notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Aserradero FC's Ismael Poncio. Ismael Poncio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute Felipe Dantel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Poncio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ismael Poncio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anibal Mouricio went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. Quillian Kersselaers kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, Aserradero FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Dantel came free, but Ismael Poncio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ya Veran had played much better football throughout.
