David Urbes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arnaldo Ferrando having to make a save. In the 9th minute, Hermengildo Palban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Polonium AC's Turan Ufki in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tandil FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Polonium AC getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Epifanio Lizar hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the game, David Urbes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Polonium AC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tandil FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Polonium AC's David Urbes got a free kick in the 14th minute. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, David Urbes put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Arnaldo Ferrando. The Polonium AC fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Polonium AC's Turan Ufki looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Turan Ufki in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo Ferrando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnaldo Ferrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Turan Ufki in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Tandil FC's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Ostadar came free, but Arnaldo Ferrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Turan Ufki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arnaldo Ferrando. Tandil FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Turan Ufki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After 46 minutes, Javier Marquez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tandil FC and the Polonium AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Polonium AC's Rodolfo Perico was substituted for Luciano Tomi. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Turan Ufki made the kick off in the second half. Rafael Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Javier Marquez in the 55th minute of the match. A hard shot 57 in the game by Turan Ufki from a close distance when the talented Arnaldo Ferrando managed to make a qualified save. Tandil FC's players were relieved. Arnaldo Ferrando was a little too slow when David Urbes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 58th minute. The score was now 0-4. In the 69th minute, Polonium AC's Turan Ufki dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Turan Ufki scored 0-7 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arnaldo Ferrando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Virgilio Ostadar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Arnaldo Ferrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match Turan Ufki climbed in front of goal and pressed up 0-8 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Arnaldo Ferrando. Rafael Viana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomás Pietro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Ostadar in the 92nd minute of play forced Tandil FC's goalkeeper Arnaldo Ferrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 93 played minutes Tandil FC got a freekick which was hit by Ildefonso Tab. Turan Ufki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Arnaldo Ferrando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Polonium AC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
