Alejo Serapio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Papagayos AFC booed when 25 de Mayo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Aurken didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Erauso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lino Gumaro in the 14th minute of play. In the 17th minute, 25 de Mayo's Tobias Caradaro ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santiago Daunte. Santiago Daunte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Santiago Daunte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tobias Caradaro went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to 25 de Mayo getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Leonides Odilon hit a great ball. After 28 played minutes, Papagayos AFC's Blas Bazil shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonas Erauso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Papagayos AFC reached it. Papagayos AFC's Lino Gumaro got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonas Erauso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Blas Bazil in the 41st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lino Gumaro in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonas Erauso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Bazil in the 47th minute of play forced 25 de Mayo's goalkeeper Jonas Erauso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tobias Caradaro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Lino Gumaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Erauso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Etxeberri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonas Erauso. 25 de Mayo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tobias Caradaro in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Santiago Daunte saved Papagayos AFC from getting behind. 25 de Mayo's Jonas Erauso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lino Gumaro in the 67th minute of play. Papagayos AFC's Jeremias Manny shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 68th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jonas Erauso but with some difficulty. 3-1 became the score in the 70th minute when Blas Bazil elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Papagayos AFC's Blas Bazil got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th minute, Blas Bazil reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonas Erauso. The goal made the score 3-2. Alejo Serapio hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Lino Gumaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Jonas Erauso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Braulio Lucado's late challenge caught a 25 de Mayo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Braulio Lucado helped the player get up and apologised. Braulio Lucado hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 25 de Mayo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
