Spectators: 7316 (Terracing: 5600, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Esteban Silbestre took the kick off in the first half of the match. Albino Arnalt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zoltán Borbély, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Erasmo Manuelo made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Esteban Silbestre sent off a good shot on target. In the 13th minute of the match GMKE F.C got a corner. C.A.Almafuerte's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Esteban Silbestre ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Esteban Silbestre got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Erasmo Manuelo quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. GMKE F.C's Albino Arnalt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Alfonso in the 15th minute of play. When Edgard Santo fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GMKE F.C's protests and gave Edgard Santo a yellow card for diving instead. After 21st play minutes Esteban Silbestre shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Erasmo Manuelo and just under the crossbar into goal. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Almafuerte's zone, Esteban Silbestre stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Manuelo came out of the goal and Esteban Silbestre tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zoltán Borbély made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Cecilio Ur was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GMKE F.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Almafuerte the free kick. The supporters of C.A.Almafuerte booed when GMKE F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cecilio Ur didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.A.Almafuerte's Feliberto Ted couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for GMKE F.C. Albino Arnalt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zoltán Borbély in the 56th minute of the match. GMKE F.C's attentive Jairo Maties managed to snatch the ball when Cahyo Sastrowardoyo made a throw-in in the 58th minute of the game. The supporters of GMKE F.C booed when C.A.Almafuerte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cahyo Sastrowardoyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erasmo Manuelo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteban Silbestre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damian Ruszczyk hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Erasmo Manuelo came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by GMKE F.C's Bernardino Abaurre. But to his dismay, Bernardino Abaurre quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Alberto Azeari kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Esteban Silbestre in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erasmo Manuelo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Albino Arnalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zoltán Borbély in the 83rd minute of play. Esteban Silbestre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Erasmo Manuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, GMKE F.C's goalkeeper Albino Arnalt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fernan Alfonso. After a rather tough play, C.A.Almafuerte's Zoltán Borbély got a free kick in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute Hugo Abechuco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Manuelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Esteban Silbestre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erasmo Manuelo was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. GMKE F.C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
