Spectators: 7624 (Terracing: 5719, Seating: 1753, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Donato Bernabel kicked off to start the match. In the 5th minute, Donato Bernabel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hoyón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Wincenty Kuszczak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nicanor Itzaina went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 13th minute, Donato Bernabel made a precise shot to the right of Wincenty Kuszczak. Chateaubriand's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Donato Bernabel had several of the Chateaubriand's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 16 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Wincenty Kuszczak as he didn't even see the shot coming. The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Honorato Oliviero put in a rough tackle. After 20 played minutes Chateaubriand got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Oliviero. Wincenty Kuszczak was a little too slow when Nicanor Itzaina got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 5-0. The supporters of Chateaubriand booed when Hoyón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anastasio Favila didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Hoyón's Nicanor Itzaina ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wincenty Kuszczak. Wincenty Kuszczak yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. Wincenty Kuszczak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donato Bernabel, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Itzaina got free with Wincenty Kuszczak in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Chateaubriand defense, Anastasio Favila kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wincenty Kuszczak. The Chateaubriand fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wincenty Kuszczak should have stopped the shot. In the 40thth minute of the game Donato Bernabel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chateaubriand's Wincenty Kuszczak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Wincenty Kuszczak made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Nicanor Itzaina sent off a good shot on target. Wincenty Kuszczak came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Hoyón's Donato Bernabel. But to his dismay, Donato Bernabel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcial Estebano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Hoyón's Donato Bernabel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wincenty Kuszczak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Erubiel Jerrold succeeded in the game's 57th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 10-0. In the 62nd minute Nicanor Itzaina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wincenty Kuszczak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Donato Bernabel in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wincenty Kuszczak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 64th match minute, Chateaubriand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Constantino Banegas to maneuver through the defense. Wincenty Kuszczak didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Bernabel went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 12-0 when Nicanor Itzaina sped through Chateaubriand's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wincenty Kuszczak. In the 71st match minute, Hoyón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yahya Oylum to maneuver through the defense. Hoyón's Albino Macario proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Hoyón from getting a goal against them. In the 74th minute, Donato Bernabel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wincenty Kuszczak was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. After 78 played minutes Chateaubriand got a freekick which was hit by Constantino Banegas. Wincenty Kuszczak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorio Lobo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Donato Bernabel took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wincenty Kuszczak. Wincenty Kuszczak dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 14-0. In the 86th minute, Nicanor Itzaina made a precise shot to the right of Wincenty Kuszczak. Chateaubriand's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 15-0. 93 minutes into the match, Nicanor Itzaina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Wincenty Kuszczak. Chateaubriand's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nicanor Itzaina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 17-0. Chateaubriand's Wincenty Kuszczak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Bernabel in the 96th minute of play.
