An unexpectedly hard shot by 徐勇明 in the 14th minute of play forced Xl Team's goalkeeper Erubiel Cordeal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Laboulaye FC's zone, Ruperto Fe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Chesus came out of the goal and Ruperto Fe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when Ruperto Abascal made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Xl Team's Ruperto Abascal got a free kick in the 51st minute. Erubiel Cordeal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 徐勇明 in the 56th minute of play. Jeremias Tartalo was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Agustin Iyan hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 63rd match minute, Laboulaye FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Erlantz to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Jorge Chesus managed to avoid a goal in the 64thth minute, when Xl Team's Ruperto Abascal fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ruperto Abascal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jorge Chesus firmly grabbed it by the left post.
