After 14 minutes of play, Justerine & Brooks A C's Santos Hunfredo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jordão Palhares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Iker Arano succeeded in the game's 24th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-5. 27 minutes into the game, Justerine & Brooks A C's Santos Hunfredo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jordão Palhares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. In the 32nd minute, Iker Arano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Justerine & Brooks A C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-7. Churqui's Jordão Palhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Hunfredo in the 35th minute of play. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-8 when Iker Arano sped through Churqui's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jordão Palhares. When Diego Emesto fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Churqui's protests and gave Diego Emesto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Luis Gipuzkoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jordão Palhares was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-9. Disappointed in the 1-9 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

It was Pierre Buontempo who took care of the corner kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Olav Dalland advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-14 in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute of the match, Pierre Buontempo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jordão Palhares saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jordão Palhares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iker Arano, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Churqui's Olgierd Piechocki got a free kick in the 85th minute.
