When Leonides Innocenzio came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Sátiros FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonides Innocenzio couldn't finish the play. After 32 minutes, Federico Ekhi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Arrayán and the Sátiros FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to El Arrayán getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Federico Ekhi hit a great ball. Sátiros FC's Baltasar Sindo got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celso Donio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Clemente Lauren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Donio in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Federico Ekhi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th match minute, El Arrayán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Ekhi to maneuver through the defense. Celso Donio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Clemente Lauren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hermengildo Paul made a kick off. If Celso Donio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Celso Donio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Lauren having to interfere. If Celso Donio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in El Arrayán's zone, Celso Donio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Lauren came out of the goal and Celso Donio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clemente Lauren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Justo Francesco's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. Zeledon Chucho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Clemente Lauren having to make a save. After having played for 77 minutes, Celso Donio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sátiros FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Donio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Celso Donio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Celso Donio might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Clemente Lauren. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celso Donio ran back to his position shaking his head. If Justo Francesco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. El Arrayán's Clemente Lauren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save El Arrayán from getting a goal against them. Sátiros FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing El Arrayán to leave the ground with a draw.
