Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 100) Paolo Hechter started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. With 3 minutes on the clock, Leonardo Gaskon commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club S y D Mar de Ajo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 2nd minute. Penalty! When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Flavio Papetti took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Agustin Daunte to make any attempt to save it. In the 19th minute of the game Carmelo Chorche made a throw-in which Elvio Medero played forward. Club S y D Mar de Ajo's Isaias Henric got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. David Alaba hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. If Oscar Nuñez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Siro Goren fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored River Plate's protests and gave Siro Goren a yellow card for diving instead. 27 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Mikeldi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club S y D Mar de Ajo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave River Plate the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Everardo Ostargi in the 31st minute of play forced Club S y D Mar de Ajo's goalkeeper Agustin Daunte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Isaias Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes River Plate got a freekick which was hit by David Alaba. Lisandro Jerardo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Agustin Daunte firmly grabbed it by the left post. Lisandro Jerardo took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustin Daunte. Agustin Daunte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 41st minute, David Alaba got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Flavio Papetti made a kick off. When Emiliano Cordarin fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club S y D Mar de Ajo's protests and gave Emiliano Cordarin a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Club S y D Mar de Ajo's Emiliano Cordarin got a free kick in the 52nd minute. David Alaba took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 53rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Agustin Daunte. Club S y D Mar de Ajo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Elvio Medero made in the 55th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Everardo Ostargi however managed to control. Isaias Henric's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Illan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Agustin Daunte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Papetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Siro Goren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A throw-in in the 70th minute of the game was made by Carmelo Chorche with Elvio Medero as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The crowd rose to their feet as Braulio Silvanito kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ezequiel Illan. That made the score 2-1 in the 74 minute of play. Isaias Henric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Ezequiel Illan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. River Plate made a substitution. Rodrigo Naldo replaced Flavio Papetti. Oscar Nuñez hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Carmelo Chorche made in the 83rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Club S y D Mar de Ajo's Emiliano Cordarin. In the 86th minute Lisandro Jerardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Daunte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaias Henric got free with Ezequiel Illan in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 93rd match minute, Club S y D Mar de Ajo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Silvanito to maneuver through the defense. Club S y D Mar de Ajo's Agustin Daunte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteve Su in the 95th minute of play.
