Mehmet Demircan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaias Urbes in the 16th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Gerardo Ramone ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mehmet Demircan was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Arnulfo Savier's late challenge caught a Cuervos F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnulfo Savier helped the player get up and apologised. Arnulfo Savier hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Mehmet Demircan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Eskuin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Demircan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Eskuin in the 29th minute of the match. Mehmet Demircan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Roberto Eskuin went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Orlin got free with Mehmet Demircan in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute, Clodoveo Perpinya ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Söncke Gärtner was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. After a rather tough play, Gioiese Calcio's Albano Marasso got a free kick in the 66th minute. Mehmet Demircan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Roberto Eskuin in the 70th minute. After 77 played minutes Cuervos F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Felix Valiente. After a defensive mix-up in Cuervos F.C.'s zone, Abelardo Fonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Demircan came out of the goal and Abelardo Fonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Cuervos F.C.'s Ace Jacobs got a free kick in the 84th minute. Mehmet Demircan acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 84th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Abelardo Fonso. Söncke Gärtner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Columbo in the 90th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, Kamer Hammer made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Demircan. Cuervos F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 96th minute Clodoveo Perpinya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Söncke Gärtner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Gioiese Calcio booed when Cuervos F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Columbo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abelardo Fonso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gioiese Calcio played a much better game than Cuervos F.C. and deserved their victory. The Cuervos F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
