Spectators: 5500 (Terracing: 4500, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 6 minutes into the game, Sixto Salamon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nemesio Osasun. Sixto Salamon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. C. A. Azucarera Argentina's Nemesio Osasun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrian Lore in the 9th minute of play. When Sixto Salamon came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Benítez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Salamon couldn't finish the play. Reynaldo Izotz scored 1-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silverio Uxio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 14 minutes into the game, Francisco Naike was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Benítez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C. A. Azucarera Argentina the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Izotz in the 20th minute of play forced Benítez's goalkeeper Silverio Uxio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silverio Uxio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reynaldo Izotz's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. When C. A. Azucarera Argentina's Reynaldo Izotz in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Benítez's goalkeeper Silverio Uxio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A nice corner shot did that Baldomiro Tximitx got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silverio Uxio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Astor Vincent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Benítez players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C. A. Azucarera Argentina were winning 1-2.

Reynaldo Izotz came free with the goalkeeper in the 54th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Silverio Uxio could save by the left post. Reynaldo Izotz's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Silverio Uxio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match clock showed 59 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Reynaldo Izotz sped through Benítez's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Silverio Uxio. Reynaldo Izotz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silverio Uxio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in C. A. Azucarera Argentina's zone, Sixto Salamon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nemesio Osasun came out of the goal and Sixto Salamon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reynaldo Izotz took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silverio Uxio. Silverio Uxio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Silverio Uxio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeronimo Otsoko in the 74th minute. Reynaldo Izotzs short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Silverio Uxio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 81 minutes into the match, C. A. Azucarera Argentina's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Weterio came free, but Nemesio Osasun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Reynaldo Izotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reynaldo Izotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Silverio Uxio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Honorio Rocio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Astor Vincent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 93rd minute of the game, Hipolito Salvidor landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Ambrosio Gonzales fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C. A. Azucarera Argentina's protests and gave Ambrosio Gonzales a yellow card for diving instead. Benítez made a substitution. Manuel Beturian replaced Hipolito Salvidor. When Benítez's Santos Weterio in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C. A.
