Spectators: 7679 (Terracing: 5760, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Silvano Lia kicked off to start the match. Dante Ieltxu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Olentzaro in the 3rd minute of play. Chico Răica came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Gordioro Futbol Club's Silvano Lia. But to his dismay, Silvano Lia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 15th minute of the match CASBAS got a corner. Gordioro Futbol Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iker Olentzaro ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silvano Lia got free with Chico Răica in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute Tiburcio Medero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chico Răica saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute Severo Gines shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Ieltxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, CASBAS's Anibal Dantae got a free kick in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Tiburcio Medero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gordioro Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Tiburcio Medero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chico Răica breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dante Ieltxu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Mei, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Chico Răica made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Silvano Lia sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute, Anibal Dantae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Iker Olentzaro put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Ieltxu. In the 47th minute, Severo Gines left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CASBAS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Iker Olentzaro made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Gordioro Futbol Club's goalkeeper Dante Ieltxu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iker Olentzaro. 57 minutes into the match, Gordioro Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Severo Gines came free, but Dante Ieltxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60th minute, Anibal Dantae hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 68th minute, Celestino Mede hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Ieltxu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Iker Olentzaro in the 76th minute. The supporters of CASBAS booed when Gordioro Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Luzea didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Silvano Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Gordioro Futbol Club's Dante Ieltxu got control of the ball when Iker Olentzaro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dante Ieltxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Mei in the 89th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute of the match Gordioro Futbol Club got a corner. CASBAS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tiburcio Medero ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Tiburcio Medero got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Chico Răica quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Anibal Dantae kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 97th match minute, CASBAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Bergström to maneuver through the defense. The CASBAS supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CASBAS would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
