Nahitantino's Sergio Romero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Nahitantino from getting a goal against them. Sergio Romero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaudencio Pelayo in the 36th minute. In the 38th minute of the match La France got a corner. Nahitantino's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Justino Ferrando ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gaudencio Pelayo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 40thth minute, Sergio Romero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With his leg Sergio Romero managed to avoid a goal in the 44thth minute, when La France's Gaudencio Pelayo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Eduardo Frutos charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eduardo Frutos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 played minutes La France got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Frutos. In the 46th minute Heintje Passos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Ovando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

La France's Prospero Ovando proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save La France from getting a goal against them. Nahitantino's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaudencio Pelayo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. 95 minutes into the match, La France's goalkeeper Prospero Ovando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Esteban Salvator. La France's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
