Spectators: 7524 (Terracing: 5644, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Domingo Eleazar took the kick off in the first half of the match. ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Stelian Moisil in the 4th minute. Atilano Etxepare was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 6th match minute, ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Omar Salbatore to maneuver through the defense. Grigore Dijmărescu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Geofredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Hipolito Marz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Dijmărescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laureano Precioso came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's Atilano Etxepare. But to his dismay, Atilano Etxepare quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Laureano Precioso made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Foster Brennan sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, New Borbotones's Laureano Precioso got control of the ball when Atilano Etxepare tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricardo Bernat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Precioso having to interfere. Laureano Precioso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ricardo Bernat's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. After 34th play minutes Foster Brennan shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Laureano Precioso and just under the crossbar into goal. Laureano Precioso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Marcones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to New Borbotones getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Eloy Errando hit a great ball. ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's Stelian Moisil got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricardo Bernat was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Atilano Etxepare had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laureano Precioso. New Borbotones's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Atilano Etxepare was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Grigore Dijmărescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Domingo Eleazar in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's Ricardo Bernat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laureano Precioso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ricardo Bernat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 63rd minute Domingo Eleazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grigore Dijmărescu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 64 minutes into the game, ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's Atilano Etxepare nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laureano Precioso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After taking down the ball on ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's corner Atilano Etxepare fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Laureano Precioso quite easily take care of the ball. New Borbotones's Laureano Precioso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricardo Bernat in the 74th minute of play. Laureano Precioso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Bernat in the 76th minute of play. Foster Brennan took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Laureano Precioso. Laureano Precioso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Grigore Dijmărescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Eleazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Laureano Precioso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Etxepare in the 86th minute of the match. Laureano Precioso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Marcones in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the New Borbotones defense, Joel Marcones kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laureano Precioso. The New Borbotones fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laureano Precioso should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ were the better team. ᴍᴏᴛʜᴡɪɴɢ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
