In the 5thth minute of the game Novica Gaković who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Martonoš FK's Tanasije Živković was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Velizar Mijić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanasije Živković having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Martonoš FK got a freekick which was hit by Stojiljko Koljanović. Velizar Mijić who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Tanasije Živković when he managed to save the team from getting behind. When Stefan Kaličanin fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Martonoš FK's protests and gave Stefan Kaličanin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 14th match minute, Martonoš FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Kaličanin to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, BG LAVOVI's Negoslav Matijević got a free kick in the 18th minute. Velizar Mijić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Tanasije Živković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kirilo Grujin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind BG LAVOVI's goalkeeper Zygmunt Kostrzewski, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Kirilo Grujin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Novica Gaković got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vojislav Stankov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanasije Živković having to interfere. Tanasije Živković took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Novica Gaković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martonoš FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 41st minute, when Novica Gaković scored to the left of an out of position Tanasije Živković, making the score, 1-0. With a little luck, Martonoš FK's Tanasije Živković got control of the ball when Velizar Mijić tried to sneak it across the goal line. Velizar Mijić struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Tanasije Živković didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BG LAVOVI. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Novica Gaković made the kick off in the second half. Velizar Mijić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Tanasije Živković tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The corner led Martonoš FK's Veljko Stojković to fire away a dangerous shot which Zygmunt Kostrzewski despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tanasije Živković showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vojislav Stankov, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Novica Gaković blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tanasije Živković having to make a save. Tanasije Živković didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when BG LAVOVI's Novica Gaković shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. The audience was convinced that Velizar Mijić's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tanasije Živković was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Velizar Mijić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanasije Živković having to interfere. Martonoš FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vitomir Lalević was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Tanasije Živković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Novica Gaković in the 95th minute of play. After 96 played minutes Martonoš FK got a freekick which was hit by Krsto Vukelić. When Velizar Mijić came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the BG LAVOVI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Velizar Mijić couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the BG LAVOVI players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
