A collision led to Bela Crkva getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Vukadin Lekić hit a great ball. Bela Crkva's Rodoljub Jelenić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ljuba Bilibajkič in the 17th minute of play. The supporters of Bela Crkva booed when Nova Varoš OFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vlade Moravčić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodoljub Jelenić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bojan Tujković in the 24th minute of play. Rodoljub Jelenić came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Nova Varoš OFK's Bojan Tujković. But to his dismay, Bojan Tujković quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 27 minutes, Bojan Tujković managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nova Varoš OFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bojan Tujković was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodoljub Jelenić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bojan Tujković, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 38 minutes into the match, Bela Crkva's goal looked a bit too open when Ljuba Bilibajkič came free, but Rodoljub Jelenić reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bojan Tujković sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ljuba Bilibajkič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodoljub Jelenić having to interfere. After 45 minutes, Vukadin Lekić mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bela Crkva and the Nova Varoš OFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th minute, Vukadin Lekić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodoljub Jelenić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ljuba Bilibajkič in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ljuba Bilibajkič to strike the kick off in the second half. Bela Crkva's Rodoljub Jelenić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Bela Crkva from getting a goal against them. 58 minutes into the game, Mirko Ivanišević was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bela Crkva's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nova Varoš OFK the free kick. Rodoljub Jelenić showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ljuba Bilibajkič in the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Bojan Tujković fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Rodoljub Jelenić, passed just outside the right post. When Ljuba Bilibajkič came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Nova Varoš OFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ljuba Bilibajkič couldn't finish the play. Bojan Tujković fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodoljub Jelenić having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ljuba Bilibajkič in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rodoljub Jelenić saved Bela Crkva from getting behind. Nova Varoš OFK's Bojan Tujković got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nova Varoš OFK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
