Vladimir Mojsilović stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mladen Gorjanac's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Vladimir Mojsilović showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Milenko Brčić in the 26th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vučko Perić in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vladimir Mojsilović prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 28 played minutes Užice got a freekick which was hit by Zvonimir Čolaković. Stevica Gligić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Radoslav Buzdovan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Milenko Brčić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Celsius's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Užice the free kick. The supporters of Užice booed when Celsius was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Milenko Brčić didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mladen Gorjanac sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st match minute, Užice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vukan Kažić to maneuver through the defense. The Celsius fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mladen Gorjanac stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lepomir Ćesarević's late challenge caught a Celsius's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dragan Jovović kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Lepomir Ćesarević kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Celsius left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Užice.
