Spectators: 7635 (Terracing: 5499, Seating: 2136, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dražen Milunović took the kick off in the first half of the match. Zlatomir Dobrašinović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lazar Cvijetić in the 3rd minute of play. Zlatomir Dobrašinović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Anđić, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. After 6 minutes Gnjilan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lazar Mihajlović who took care of the corner kick. Rastislav Grčak thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Zlatomir Dobrašinović, a very annoying self made goal in the 6th minute which led to 0-1. After 18 minutes of play, Gnjilan's Vlade Cuković made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nils-Åke Axelsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! 22 minutes into the game, Singidunum's Lazar Cvijetić nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zlatomir Dobrašinović made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Nils-Åke Axelsson made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Vlade Cuković sent off a good shot on target. After 28 played minutes Gnjilan got a freekick which was hit by Ðuza Petrović. After 29 minutes, Ðuza Petrović mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gnjilan and the Singidunum players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gnjilan getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ðuza Petrović hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Gnjilan's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Anđić came free, but Zlatomir Dobrašinović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gnjilan's Zlatomir Dobrašinović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lazar Cvijetić in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Singidunum getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Avram Protić hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murat Karapandža in the 45th minute of play forced Gnjilan's goalkeeper Zlatomir Dobrašinović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When Avram Protić was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 52 minutes had been played. Nils-Åke Axelsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murat Mićić in the 67th minute of the match. Lazar Cvijetić recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Murat Karapandža in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zlatomir Dobrašinović saved Gnjilan from getting behind. Zlatomir Dobrašinović didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Anđić went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Martin Anđić fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zlatomir Dobrašinović having to interfere. Ðuza Petrović was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Zlatomir Dobrašinović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murat Karapandža, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Singidunum's Murat Karapandža got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 89 minutes of play, Singidunum's Lazar Cvijetić made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zlatomir Dobrašinović was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazar Cvijetić in the 92nd minute of play forced Gnjilan's goalkeeper Zlatomir Dobrašinović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gnjilan's Zlatomir Dobrašinović played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Murat Karapandža in the 95th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Singidunum's Lazar Cvijetić sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zlatomir Dobrašinović narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Singidunum left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gnjilan.
