An unexpectedly hard shot by Kynwal Durling in the 13th minute of play forced Llandudno's goalkeeper Ofydd Hutton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nerth Cain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Ofydd Hutton made a huge save. The supporters of UWA Newtown booed when Llandudno was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siencyn Eason didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Llandudno's goal looked a bit too open when Rhun Cleary came free, but Ofydd Hutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Nerth Cain could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Ofydd Hutton however easily saved by the left post. A collision led to Llandudno getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Wren Glidden hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, UWA Newtown's Conwy Ball broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Guinglain Herrington showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carnedyr Avery in the 25th minute of the match. Ofydd Hutton made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Nerth Cain sent off a good shot on target. Barri Fox struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Guinglain Herrington didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Llandudno. Guinglain Herrington made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barri Fox in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Nerth Cain was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. UWA Newtown's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Llandudno the free kick. Nerth Cain kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Gwyglet Snobscat took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Ofydd Hutton to make any attempt to save it. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kynwal Durling during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 44 minutes into the match, Llandudno's goal looked a bit too open when Rhun Cleary came free, but Ofydd Hutton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

UWA Newtown's Guinglain Herrington played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carnedyr Avery in the 56th minute of play. Ofydd Hutton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kynwal Durling in the 60th minute of the match.
