Gildas Colporteur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ren Farrier came free with the goalkeeper in the 9th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Maxen Ludden could save by the left post. Alawn Carter didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Siawn Closky went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the match, Siawn Closky notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of UWA Skewen's Alawn Carter. Alawn Carter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 21st minute, Ren Farrier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neued Porter hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Gwawl Grubb hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Alawn Carter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andras Hockensmith's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, UWA Skewen's goal looked a bit too open when Siawn Closky came free, but Alawn Carter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gildas Colporteur came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the UWA Skewen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gildas Colporteur couldn't finish the play. Siawn Closky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Alawn Carter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siawn Closky in the 41st minute of play. When Collen Beale fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UWA Skewen's protests and gave Collen Beale a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th minute, Collen Beale hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Siawn Closky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alawn Carter having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gildas Colporteur in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maxen Ludden prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maxen Ludden stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ren Farrier's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. Andras Hockensmith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to UWA Skewen getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Teryrnon Hermans hit a great ball. Gwawl Grubb charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gwawl Grubb the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gwawl Grubb kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Ren Farrier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gildas Colporteur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maxen Ludden having to interfere. Andras Hockensmith struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Alawn Carter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for UWA Baglan. Andras Hockensmith sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andras Hockensmith recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Granwen Elias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. UWA Baglan had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
