When Bridgend FC's Gwyn Culpepper in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Skewen's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Skewen's zone, Gorsedd Finnegan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alawn Carter came out of the goal and Gorsedd Finnegan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gwyn Culpepper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Alawn Carter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alawn Carter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gorsedd Finnegan in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Bridgend FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gildas Colporteur came free, but Gwres Fergus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bridgend FC's Gorsedd Finnegan in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UWA Skewen's goalie prevented a goal. Gwres Fergus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ren Farrier in the 41st minute. A collision led to Bridgend FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Bradwen Copeland hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Gildas Colporteur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gwres Fergus was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Ren Farrier managed to get in a good position for a shot. UWA Skewen's supporters rose to their feet, but Ren Farrier was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gwres Fergus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ren Farrier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwres Fergus having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Alawn Carter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwyn Culpepper in the 51st minute of play. If Ren Farrier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bradwen Copeland kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Gildas Colporteur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 57 played minutes Bridgend FC got a freekick which was hit by Cadyryeith Eccles. 60 minutes into the match, UWA Skewen's goal looked a bit too open when Gwyn Culpepper came free, but Alawn Carter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Gorsedd Finnegan came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Bridgend FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gorsedd Finnegan couldn't finish the play. Gwyn Culpepper recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in UWA Skewen's zone, Gorsedd Finnegan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alawn Carter came out of the goal and Gorsedd Finnegan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gorsedd Finnegan hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the match, Ren Farrier notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Bridgend FC's Gwres Fergus. Gwres Fergus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. UWA Skewen's Ren Farrier got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gildas Colporteur scored 2-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gwres Fergus, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ren Farrier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Gildas Colporteur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gwres Fergus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gildas Colporteur in the 93rd minute of the match. Ren Farrier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gwres Fergus having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Bradwen Copeland hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. UWA Skewen's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
