Ieuan Jamison came out of the goal and Cadman Connolly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 16th minute Ren Farrier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ieuan Jamison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cadman Connolly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ieuan Jamison having to interfere. If Cadman Connolly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Porthcawl Utd booed when UWA Skewen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brice Hockley didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute Ren Farrier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ieuan Jamison saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ren Farrier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cadman Connolly fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ieuan Jamison having to interfere. Ieuan Jamison showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cadman Connolly in the 41st minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Greid Brin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute of the match Brice Hockley sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ieuan Jamison skillfully saved the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Gerallt Blackburn managed to get in a good position for a shot. Porthcawl Utd's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerallt Blackburn was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alawn Carter breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gerallt Blackburn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ifor Edwards kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. In the 71st minute, UWA Skewen's Ren Farrier ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ieuan Jamison. Ieuan Jamison yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Ieuan Jamison stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ren Farrier's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. In the 75th match minute, Porthcawl Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Greid Brin to maneuver through the defense. 80 minutes into the match, UWA Skewen's goal looked a bit too open when Perceval Jolson came free, but Alawn Carter reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cadman Connolly could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Ieuan Jamison made a huge save. UWA Skewen's attack was well implemented in the 89th minute, but when Cadman Connolly was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Ieuan Jamison made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ren Farrier in the 90th minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, UWA Skewen's Collen Beale sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ieuan Jamison narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
