Spectators: 6776 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gwallawg Convery took the kick off in the first half of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Gandwy Laurence was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bangor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bangor FC the free kick. Gandwy Laurence hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Rhyawdd Bowen received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Drystan Coalman came out and tried to block the shot, but Rhyawdd Bowen slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. After a rather tough play, Bangor FC's Conwy Hakes got a free kick in the 14th minute. Drystan Coalman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gwallawg Convery, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Bangor FC defense, Bradwen Ammon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mawrth Lea. The Bangor FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mawrth Lea should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Bangor booed when Bangor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rhyawdd Bowen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bangor's Bradwen Ammon got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gwallawg Convery in the 31st minute of play forced Bangor's goalkeeper Drystan Coalman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bradwen Ammon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 37 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bangor FC! After 44 played minutes Bangor got a freekick which was hit by Gandwy Laurence. Drystan Coalman didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 46th minute, which inside left pole to 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bradwen Ammon to make the kick off. Mawrth Lea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bradwen Ammon in the 54th minute of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Gwallawg Convery who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bangor's Drystan Coalman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Tegvan Findley was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bangor's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bangor FC the free kick. In the 59th minute, Tegvan Findley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rhyawdd Bowen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Penvro Dulleran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rhyawdd Bowen struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Drystan Coalman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bangor FC. A collision led to Bangor FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Dyvyr Cock hit a great ball. Dyvyr Cock's late challenge caught a Bangor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dyvyr Cock helped the player get up and apologised. In the 73rd minute of the match Iestyn Buchan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mawrth Lea skillfully saved the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Penvro Dulleran got free with Mawrth Lea in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 80th minute, Bangor's Bradwen Ammon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Conwy Hakes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 86th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Drystan Coalman. Bangor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Rhyawdd Bowen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rhyawdd Bowen in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Drystan Coalman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gwallawg Convery sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bangor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
