Seating: 1776, VIP seats: 154) In the 11th minute, Sior Jagger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bradwr Ivers sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Peredur Gilfoyle scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bedyw Haddon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Andras Colporteur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the game, Tringad Coneely was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maesteg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wales the free kick. Tringad Coneely hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Dillus Goldthorpe struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Lleu Kilpatrick didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wales. In the 31st minute Bradwr Ivers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedyw Haddon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Wales's zone, Peredur Gilfoyle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bedyw Haddon came out of the goal and Peredur Gilfoyle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 44 minutes into the game, Maesteg's Bradwr Ivers nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bedyw Haddon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Peredur Gilfoyle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bedyw Haddon having to interfere.
Bradwr Ivers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Bedyw Haddon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Andras Colporteur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Lleu Kilpatrick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dillus Goldthorpe in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lleu Kilpatrick prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andras Colporteur spun around in front of the goal 66 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Maesteg's goal. Ieuan Larrisy charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ieuan Larrisy the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 74 minutes into the game, Sior Jagger was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wales's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maesteg the free kick. A collision led to Wales getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Sior Jagger hit a great ball. Wales's Andras Colporteur got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 79 minutes into the match, Wales's goalkeeper Bedyw Haddon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Peredur Gilfoyle. Peredur Gilfoyle might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bedyw Haddon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Peredur Gilfoyle ran back to his position shaking his head. A hard shot 83 in the game by Peredur Gilfoyle from a close distance when the talented Bedyw Haddon managed to make a qualified save. Wales's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bradwr Ivers during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Bradwr Ivers kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Lleu Kilpatrick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dillus Goldthorpe in the 94th minute of the match. Andras Colporteur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Lleu Kilpatrick tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Maesteg walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
