Spectators: 6773 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1773, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in UWA Llanberis's zone, Trevelyan Bellam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Neb Day came out of the goal and Trevelyan Bellam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to UWA Llanberis getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Cynan Caine hit a great ball. Neb Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Llwybyr Bennington, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Mael Findley hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Llwybyr Bennington fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Neb Day having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Galahad Eaton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Barri Hoag was out of position in the 26 minute of play, and Cynan Caine capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cynan Caine really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 52nd minute of the game, Mael Findley landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. After 52 minutes, Gruffen Bellew mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Prestatyn and the UWA Llanberis players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Prestatyn's Gruffen Bellew got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 54th minute of the match Barri Conant shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Barri Hoag showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After having played for 64 minutes, Llwybyr Bennington managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Prestatyn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Llwybyr Bennington was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Trevelyan Bellam received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Neb Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Hafgan Lennon fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. After 82 played minutes, Prestatyn's Pedr Bourns shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Neb Day came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Prestatyn reached it. 85 minutes into the match, UWA Llanberis's goalkeeper Neb Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Trevelyan Bellam. Llwybyr Bennington might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Neb Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Llwybyr Bennington ran back to his position shaking his head. Cynan Caine sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
