Spectators: 7745 (Terracing: 5810, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) In the 3rdth minute of the game Brice Spinster who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Porth's Rhisiart Saddler was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Porth's Emrys Cockane got a free kick in the 4th minute. Rhisiart Saddler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davis Lockwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Brice Spinster had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rhisiart Saddler. Porth's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brice Spinster was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rhisiart Saddler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Goreu Cameron, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Rhisiart Saddler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brice Spinster in the 17th minute of play. In the 24th minute of the match Port Talbot got a corner. Porth's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bryn Drummond ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Cas Artificer heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Rhisiart Saddler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davis Lockwood in the 27th minute of the match. Rhisiart Saddler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davis Lockwood in the 30th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Porth's zone, Brice Spinster stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rhisiart Saddler came out of the goal and Brice Spinster tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Selwyn Simmons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Port Talbot's Davis Lockwood got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Brice Spinster managed to get in a good position for a shot. Port Talbot's supporters rose to their feet, but Brice Spinster was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rhisiart Saddler breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Selwyn Simmons struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Pwyll Foote didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Porth. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Puw Handley was the one to do the kick off. Pwyll Foote showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Selwyn Simmons in the 53rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Porth's Tomos Darwin got a free kick in the 54th minute. Porth's Rhisiart Saddler played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Davis Lockwood in the 56th minute of play. Pwyll Foote made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selwyn Simmons in the 58th minute of play. Porth were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after Port Talbot's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cas Conant took the corner. The corner ended in Cas Conant almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Port Talbot's Pwyll Foote did a great save. Selwyn Simmons sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Port Talbot's Davis Lockwood fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Brice Spinster might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rhisiart Saddler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Brice Spinster ran back to his position shaking his head. Port Talbot's Brice Spinster got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Puw Handley fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pwyll Foote having to interfere. In the 78th minute Selwyn Simmons shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pwyll Foote saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Goreu Cameron charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Goreu Cameron the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 80 minutes into the match, Porth's Cas Conant broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. If Selwyn Simmons had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Port Talbot booed when Porth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomos Darwin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes in the game, Davis Lockwood fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Rhisiart Saddler having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Port Talbot's Goreu Cameron dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 95th minute, Davis Lockwood got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Porth supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Port Talbot's performance. The match ended with a win for Port Talbot.
