Spectators: 8167 (Terracing: 6127, Seating: 1878, VIP seats: 162) Manchester UNİTED's Iau Bonds started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute Mawrth Hubert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barris Goodman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Iau Bonds fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Lay having to interfere. Barris Goodman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anir Brogan went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Cadarn Lamerton took the ball and in the 15 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arthur Lay. Arthur Lay dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Davis Hampton fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UWA Presteigne's protests and gave Davis Hampton a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Davis Hampton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mawrth Hubert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barris Goodman having to interfere. Mawrth Hubert took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barris Goodman. Barris Goodman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Arthur Lay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iau Bonds, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. If Iau Bonds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of UWA Presteigne booed when Manchester UNİTED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Meurig Jeeves didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arthur Dillon during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 45 minutes into the match, UWA Presteigne's Neb Lamb broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 46th match minute, Manchester UNİTED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brian Jones to maneuver through the defense.

After 57 played minutes UWA Presteigne got a freekick which was hit by Dyvyr Clewly. In the 60th minute of the match Manchester UNİTED got a corner. UWA Presteigne's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mabsant Costermonger ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Iau Bonds had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes UWA Presteigne got a freekick which was hit by Dinadan Hayward. Arthur Lay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iau Bonds in the 70th minute of play. Arthur Lay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cadarn Lamerton in the 73rd minute of the match. Cadarn Lamerton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Lay having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cadarn Lamerton in the 87th minute of play forced UWA Presteigne's goalkeeper Arthur Lay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind UWA Presteigne's goalkeeper Arthur Lay, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cadarn Lamerton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Arthur Lay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iau Bonds sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. UWA Presteigne succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Manchester UNİTED had controlled the match.
