The tension between the Towyn United and the Aberystwyth Utd players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, Towyn United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siawn Carmack to maneuver through the defense. 14 minutes into the match, Towyn United's goal looked a bit too open when Kynwal Hooley came free, but Weyland Barnett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sinnoch Hutton made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Prys Gilfoyle sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kynwal Hooley in the 20th minute of play forced Towyn United's goalkeeper Weyland Barnett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Towyn United's Weyland Barnett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kynwal Hooley in the 22nd minute of play. Aberystwyth Utd's Gruddyeu Whitster was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Weyland Barnett in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Pawl Brien managed to get in a good position for a shot. Towyn United's supporters rose to their feet, but Pawl Brien was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sinnoch Hutton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Llyr Peruker kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Pawl Brien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With his leg Sinnoch Hutton managed to avoid a goal in the 36thth minute, when Towyn United's Pawl Brien fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Siawn Carmack fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sinnoch Hutton having to interfere. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pawl Brien was the one to do the kick off. Towyn United's Siawn Carmack got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 55th match minute, Aberystwyth Utd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tad Breen to maneuver through the defense. Sinnoch Hutton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Price Leather, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Aberystwyth Utd's zone, Pawl Brien stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sinnoch Hutton came out of the goal and Pawl Brien tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Pawl Brien put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Sinnoch Hutton. Siawn Carmack kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Tringad Faherty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Weyland Barnett having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Towyn United's zone, Cadwallen Workman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Weyland Barnett came out of the goal and Cadwallen Workman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute of the match Ffodor Conlan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sinnoch Hutton skillfully saved the ball. In the 89th minute Pawl Brien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sinnoch Hutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pawl Brien fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sinnoch Hutton having to interfere. If Brad Head had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Llwyr Fairchild kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 96th minute Pawl Brien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sinnoch Hutton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
