Spectators: 6797 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1797, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Miles McGhee got the match started through his kick off. Scotland's Miles McGhee got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 4th match minute, Dunblane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Irvin Millar to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Miles McGhee in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gary McWhirr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th match minute, Dunblane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimmy McShimes to maneuver through the defense. Barry Meine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Gary McWhirr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dunblane's Gary McWhirr played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miles McGhee in the 15th minute of play. Gary McWhirr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miles McGhee in the 21st minute of play. Scotland's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Nigel McInnes scored to the left of an out of position Jordan Bean, making the score, 1-1. 27 minutes into the match, Scotland's goalkeeper Jordan Bean had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Douglas McLennan. 29 minutes into the game, Scotland's Miles McGhee nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gary McWhirr made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. After 32 played minutes Dunblane got a freekick which was hit by Irvin Millar. When Rory Adamson fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dunblane's protests and gave Rory Adamson a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Scotland booed when Dunblane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rory Adamson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Dunblane's zone, Barry Meine stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gary McWhirr came out of the goal and Barry Meine tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miles McGhee received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Gary McWhirr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Miles McGhee managed to get in a good position for a shot. Scotland's supporters rose to their feet, but Miles McGhee was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gary McWhirr breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Miles McGhee sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 55th minute, Barry Meine fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gary McWhirr, passed just outside the right post. A hard shot 58 in the game by Barry Meine from a close distance when the talented Gary McWhirr managed to make a qualified save. Dunblane's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Douglas McLennan in the 60th minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Jordan Bean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nigel McInnes struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Jordan Bean didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dunblane. Taylor Dyer's late challenge caught a Dunblane's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Taylor Dyer helped the player get up and apologised. An unexpectedly hard shot by Irvin Millar in the 78th minute of play forced Scotland's goalkeeper Jordan Bean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gary McWhirr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miles McGhee in the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miles McGhee in the 82nd minute of play forced Dunblane's goalkeeper Gary McWhirr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Scotland's Barry Meine sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gary McWhirr narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Miles McGhee got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Dunblane getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Chris McThomas hit a great ball. 92 minutes into the match, Dunblane's goalkeeper Gary McWhirr had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Barry Meine. Barry Meine in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gary McWhirr, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Scotland walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
