With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iain McKelloch prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Balloch Gers were furious when Lee Cochrane was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Frank Fraser breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 98 played minutes AFC SCOTLAND PRIDE got a freekick which was hit by Lucas Burnett. Nigel Oliver received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 101st minute. Frank Fraser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The AFC SCOTLAND PRIDE players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
