Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vicente Sequeira kicked off to start the match. Filipe Carvalhal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vicente Sequeira in the 3rd minute. Alventela FC's Filipe Carvalhal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to save Alventela FC from getting a goal against them. Bruno Fragoso's late challenge caught a Alventela FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruno Fragoso helped the player get up and apologised. Bruno Fragoso hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute, Alventela FC's Juvenal Ribeiro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Juvenal Ribeiro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Alventela FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Juvenal Ribeiro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 13 played minutes Alventela FC got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Ribeiro. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Caetano in the 18th minute of play forced Gondiais's goalkeeper Rogério Rangel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Bernardo Salvado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Márcio Baía made in the 23rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Silvério Magalhães. In the 26th minute Bruno Fragoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Carvalhal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cesário Belém hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Alventela FC's goalkeeper Filipe Carvalhal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Sequeira. In the 37th minute, Tomás Caetano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 39th minute of the game Leandro Bernardes made a throw-in which Cesário Belém played forward.

The wind increased when Bernardo Salvado made the kick off in the second half. Alventela FC's Filipe Carvalhal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvério Magalhães in the 63rd minute of play. Vicente Sequeira took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Filipe Carvalhal. Filipe Carvalhal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After having played for 71 minutes, Bernardo Salvado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alventela FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Salvado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filipe Carvalhal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Óscar Sacramento, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Óscar Sacramento in the 77th minute of play forced Alventela FC's goalkeeper Filipe Carvalhal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alventela FC's Filipe Carvalhal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Sequeira in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Leandro Bernardes threw the ball into play from the sideline. Alventela FC's Bernardo Salvado quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Teodoro Vilhena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Adelino Frois got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Salvado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Rogério Rangel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alventela FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
