Fertus Orbiz was left in no man's land by his defense there! João Poças could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Gusmão Coimbra made a huge save. Fertus Orbiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sílvio Azenha, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sílvio Azenha to make the kick off. CARREGA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but João Poças was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Azenha in the 85th minute of play forced CARREGA FC's goalkeeper Fertus Orbiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fertus Orbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tito Negro in the 86th minute of the match.
