Zacarias Caiado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elias Silveira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervásio Varanda having to interfere. But to his dismay, Fernando Henriques quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. CD Nacional walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
