Spectators: 5200 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1200, VIP seats: 0) Luso FC's Bruno Costa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, White Star Barreiro's Carlos Frois got a free kick in the 5th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Isac Guarda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Luso FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Isac Guarda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Plácido Azenha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 8 minutes into the match, White Star Barreiro's goal looked a bit too open when Cássio Noronha came free, but Plácido Azenha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute Isac Guarda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Plácido Azenha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the game, White Star Barreiro's Guilherme Alvarenga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Peseiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Carlos Peseiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Braga in the 19th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as White Star Barreiro's Guilherme Alvarenga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carlos Peseiro. That made the score 3-0 after 21 minutes of play. With a little luck, Luso FC's Carlos Peseiro got control of the ball when Guilherme Alvarenga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute, White Star Barreiro's Guilherme Alvarenga dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 5-0. In the 38th match minute, Luso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldo Mesquita to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Peseiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Veiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Braga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Peseiro having to interfere. Jaime Taveira hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. White Star Barreiro's Ronaldo Veiga got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Braga made a kick off. The supporters of Luso FC booed when White Star Barreiro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albertino Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. 51 minutes into the match, Luso FC's Isac Guarda broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 53rd minute Guilherme Alvarenga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Peseiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute Daniel Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Peseiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mariano Aires had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in White Star Barreiro's zone, Cássio Noronha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Plácido Azenha came out of the goal and Cássio Noronha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Peseiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Guilherme Alvarenga went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Bruno Costa struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Plácido Azenha didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luso FC. Plácido Azenha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cássio Noronha, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Braga in the 86th minute of play forced Luso FC's goalkeeper Carlos Peseiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th match minute, White Star Barreiro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldo Veiga to maneuver through the defense. In the 91st minute, Bruno Costa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. White Star Barreiro had won after a very even match.
