Spectators: 8002 (Terracing: 6003, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) Panteras FC's Batista Batistuta started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the game, Carlos Costa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Panteras FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arneirosf the free kick. The supporters of Arneirosf booed when Panteras FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Pedro Lobato managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panteras FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Lobato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alípio Laureano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arneirosf's Alípio Laureano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Arneirosf from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Lobato in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alípio Laureano saved Arneirosf from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Batista Batistuta got free with Alípio Laureano in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Filipe Baldaia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christoffer Grinden was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Erik Hamnberg in the 27th minute of play forced Arneirosf's goalkeeper Alípio Laureano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alípio Laureano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Erik Hamnberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Laurentino Balsemão's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Christoffer Grinden was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 36th minute, Emanuel Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The wind increased when Laurentino Balsemão made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Daniel Diegues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mateus Álvares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Arneirosf's goal looked a bit too open when Batista Batistuta came free, but Alípio Laureano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geraldo Nunes succeeded in the game's 58th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-2. Cacá Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arneirosf's Alípio Laureano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Batista Batistuta in the 67th minute of play. Alípio Laureano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per-Erik Hamnberg went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. 72 minutes into the game, Batista Batistuta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Alípio Laureano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75th minute, Per-Erik Hamnberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alípio Laureano was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. In the 78th minute, Geraldo Nunes made a precise shot to the right of Christoffer Grinden. Panteras FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-3. If Filipe Baldaia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 84 minutes into the match, Batista Batistuta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alípio Laureano. Arneirosf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Batista Batistuta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-3. Christoffer Grinden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laurentino Balsemão, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Mateus Álvares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christoffer Grinden having to interfere. Daniel Diegues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Christoffer Grinden tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute of the match, Laurentino Balsemão tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Christoffer Grinden saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 94 minutes into the game, Geraldo Nunes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christoffer Grinden. Geraldo Nunes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-4.
