Costel Boroneanț was out of position in the 10 minute of play, and Josué Vilaverde capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Josué Vilaverde really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After 13 played minutes Morgadinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Maurício Camargo. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastião Sarmento got free with Costel Boroneanț in the 18th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Orthros Adamou struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Gualter Bragança didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morgadinha FC. A hard shot 23 in the game by Josué Vilaverde from a close distance when the talented Costel Boroneanț managed to make a qualified save. Morgadinha FC's players were relieved. Josué Vilaverde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Costel Boroneanț read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Costel Boroneanț made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Josué Vilaverde sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Antero Rego got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Morgadinha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Josué Vilaverde came free, but Costel Boroneanț reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes, Maurício Camargo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Morgadinha FC and the ᗩTᒪᕮ́TIᑕO ᗪOS ᑕᕼᑌᖇᖇᗩSᑕOS players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Morgadinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Maurício Camargo. Costel Boroneanț showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josué Vilaverde, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Valter Neves kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Josué Vilaverde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maurício Camargo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Josué Vilaverde in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Costel Boroneanț prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Josué Vilaverde hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. If Quintino Castilho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 81st minute, Gabriel Valadão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to ᗩTᒪᕮ́TIᑕO ᗪOS ᑕᕼᑌᖇᖇᗩSᑕOS getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Sebastião Sarmento hit a great ball. After 86 minutes of play, ᗩTᒪᕮ́TIᑕO ᗪOS ᑕᕼᑌᖇᖇᗩSᑕOS's Basílio Vital made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Costel Boroneanț was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 89th minute, Josué Vilaverde made a precise shot to the right of Costel Boroneanț. Morgadinha FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Costel Boroneanț showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josué Vilaverde in the 97th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the ᗩTᒪᕮ́TIᑕO ᗪOS ᑕᕼᑌᖇᖇᗩSᑕOS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
