Amendoais's Naike Carragal couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 5th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sanjurge. In the 7th match minute, Sanjurge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zeferino Medeiros to maneuver through the defense. Hélio Franco's late challenge caught a Amendoais's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 9 minutes of play, Amendoais's Romão Araújo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquim Figueiras was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Amendoais's zone, Julio Vitin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mózes Huszti came out of the goal and Julio Vitin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joaquim Figueiras came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Amendoais's Naike Carragal. But to his dismay, Naike Carragal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to Sanjurge getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Zeferino Medeiros hit a great ball. Naike Carragal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquim Figueiras having to interfere. After having played for 23 minutes, Romão Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amendoais's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romão Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mózes Huszti made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Mateus lago sent off a good shot on target. Mateus lago came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mózes Huszti could save by the left post. If Romão Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 minutes of play, Amendoais's Naike Carragal made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquim Figueiras was left in no man's land by his defense there! 41 minutes into the match, Sanjurge's goal looked a bit too open when Romão Araújo came free, but Joaquim Figueiras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Romão Araújo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42 minutes of play, Amendoais's Naike Carragal made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joaquim Figueiras was left in no man's land by his defense there! Romão Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Joaquim Figueiras tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Romão Araújo was the one to do the kick off. David Pedroso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Joaquim Figueiras made a huge save. Naike Carragal succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-5 in the 56th playminute. Naike Carragal received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Joaquim Figueiras came out and tried to block the shot, but Naike Carragal slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 60th minute. After a rather tough play, Sanjurge's Éder Granja got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Romão Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Sanjurge's Zeferino Medeiros got a free kick in the 66th minute. Joaquim Figueiras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romão Araújo in the 67th minute of play. Joaquim Figueiras didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Naike Carragal went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. After 72 played minutes Amendoais got a freekick which was hit by Romão Araújo. 74 minutes into the game, Naike Carragal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Joaquim Figueiras was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 77 minutes into the match, Sanjurge's goalkeeper Joaquim Figueiras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Naike Carragal. After a rather tough play, Sanjurge's Éder Granja got a free kick in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the Sanjurge defense, Naike Carragal kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joaquim Figueiras. The Sanjurge fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joaquim Figueiras should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd minute, Amendoais's Hermes Martins dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-10. Joaquim Figueiras made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Naike Carragal sent off a good shot on target. Romão Araújo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 87th minute. Amendoais's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Joaquim Figueiras came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Amendoais's Naike Carragal. But to his dismay, Naike Carragal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-11. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Sanjurge's goalkeeper Joaquim Figueiras, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Naike Carragal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amendoais played a much better game than Sanjurge and deserved their victory. The Sanjurge players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
