But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Assis couldn't finish the play. Cyryl Borowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Amado, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. With an all-out effort, FC Vamos a ver's Cyryl Borowski threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Laureano Amado, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 20th match minute, FC Vamos a ver was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafim Durães to maneuver through the defense. FC Vamos a ver's Nuno Ferro got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when 庄德景 stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
