Spectators: 6935 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1935, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Guy Vassell kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Marlon Wells managed to get in a good position for a shot. London Colney FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marlon Wells was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adam Boulton breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guy Vassell in the 9th minute of play forced Oulton Broad's goalkeeper Adam Boulton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. London Colney FC's Marlon Wells got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kieran Blair showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Ford in the 15th minute of the match. Kieran Blair made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sean Smith in the 17th minute of play. With a little luck, Oulton Broad's Adam Boulton got control of the ball when Marlon Wells tried to sneak it across the goal line. Guy Vassell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Adam Boulton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 played minutes Oulton Broad got a freekick which was hit by Ian Hamilton. Marlon Wells 's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Adam Boulton skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Benjamin Ford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Kieran Blair tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kieran Blair took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sean Smith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamin Ford stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Guy Vassell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, London Colney FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Ford came free, but Kieran Blair reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kirk Major 's late challenge caught a Oulton Broad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kirk Major helped the player get up and apologised. Adam Boulton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marlon Wells in the 62nd minute of the match. Guy Vassell scored 2-1 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adam Boulton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 72 minutes into the match, Guy Vassell notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Oulton Broad's Adam Boulton. Adam Boulton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Guy Vassell came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the London Colney FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guy Vassell couldn't finish the play. If Marlon Wells had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ian Hamilton charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ian Hamilton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ian Hamilton hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Adam Boulton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tosh Wiltshire in the 84th minute of play. Guy Vassell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. London Colney FC's Marlon Wells got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 88 minutes, Gerry Fleming mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Oulton Broad and the London Colney FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th match minute, Oulton Broad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerry Fleming to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to London Colney FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Tosh Wiltshire hit a great ball. There was no doubt that London Colney FC were the better team. London Colney FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
