Spectators: 6959 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1959, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Patrick Wakefield took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 7th minute, Shane Hall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cuddington's Terry Mulford shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 8th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Jasper Trotter but with some difficulty. After 9 played minutes Rangers got a freekick which was hit by Colin Kershaw. An unexpected shot in the 14th minute by Derek Simpson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rangers's Jasper Trotter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Connor Lagdon in the 15th minute of play. Connor Lagdon 's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jasper Trotter read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of Cuddington booed when Rangers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Colin Kershaw didn't get a good kick on the ball. Derek Simpson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrick Wakefield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Brian Greaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the game, Mary Hutchinson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuddington's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rangers the free kick. The supporters of Rangers booed when Cuddington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mary Hutchinson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrick Wakefield succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. Rangers's Colin Kershaw suffered a concussion in the 41st minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kyle Stayton during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cuddington's Kyle Stayton got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After 44 minutes of play, Rangers's Johnathan Burley made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Brian Greaves was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Rangers's Jamie Blackley got a free kick in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Connor Lagdon made the kick off in the second half. Brian Greaves made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Johnathan Burley sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th minute, Jamie Blackley reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Brian Greaves . The goal made the score 0-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johnathan Burley got free with Brian Greaves in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Rangers booed when Cuddington was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brett Blewett didn't get a good kick on the ball. Johnathan Burley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Brian Greaves made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Cuddington's Brett Blewett got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Cuddington's Brian Greaves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Cuddington from getting a goal against them. Johnathan Burley came free with the goalkeeper in the 66th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Brian Greaves could save by the left post. Jasper Trotter came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Cuddington's Derek Simpson. But to his dismay, Derek Simpson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 76th minute, Derek Simpson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cuddington fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Johnathan Burley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Brian Greaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Patrick Wakefield managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rangers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Wakefield was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Cuddington defense, Johnathan Burley kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brian Greaves . The Cuddington fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brian Greaves should have stopped the shot. Cuddington's Brian Greaves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Cuddington from getting a goal against them. Patrick Wakefield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Greaves having to interfere.
