A collision led to Feiko FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Karl Týrsson hit a great ball. Móses Freysson hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Sölvi Dagfinnsson hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Móses Freysson was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 61 minutes had been played. After 70 played minutes Feiko FC got a freekick which was hit by Bjarnsteinn Oddbergsson. Kristvin Logason sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hjallkár Lárusson charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Vigur Arnleifsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vigur Arnleifsson ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Kristvin Logason managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barcelona's supporters rose to their feet, but Kristvin Logason was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Þjóstólfur Ósvaldsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hásteinn Ólason charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. FC Barcelona's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
