Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Boyce Willson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 2nd minute, Quirk Kirby left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Buncrana FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Ballinamult Utd's Boyce Willson got a free kick in the 5th minute. Gearóid Dimson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Finnigan Cooney, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Buncrana FC were furious when Edward Lavine was red carded, 11 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Edward Lavine kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. The audience held their breath when Cianán Morrison in the 13th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Bailey Myler's left hand side. In the 16thth minute of the game Quirk Kirby who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ballinamult Utd's Gearóid Dimson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gearóid Dimson stood somewhat misplaced when Quirk Kirby came free in front of goal and shot 2-0 to the left of him in the 17 minute. In the 21st minute, Finnigan Cooney fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When Quirk Kirby came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Buncrana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quirk Kirby couldn't finish the play. 27 minutes into the game, Quirk Kirby lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Gearóid Dimson. After some careless play in the Ballinamult Utd defense, Quirk Kirby kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gearóid Dimson. The Ballinamult Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gearóid Dimson should have stopped the shot. Ballinamult Utd's Gearóid Dimson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Ballinamult Utd from getting a goal against them. When Quirk Kirby came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Buncrana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Quirk Kirby couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the game, Quirk Kirby recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gearóid Dimson. Quirk Kirby showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 7-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Quirk Kirby was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Buncrana FC's Quirk Kirby nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gearóid Dimson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. The audience was convinced that Patraic Deery's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gearóid Dimson was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. In the 55th minute, Kevion Deery hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 9-0 when Quirk Kirby sped through Ballinamult Utd's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gearóid Dimson. When Buncrana FC's Quirk Kirby in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ballinamult Utd's goalie prevented a goal. If Pawd Rutherford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ballinamult Utd getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Kevion Deery hit a great ball. Buncrana FC's Quirk Kirby got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Pawd Rutherford managed to get in a good position for a shot. Buncrana FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Pawd Rutherford was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gearóid Dimson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Quirk Kirby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pawd Rutherford received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gearóid Dimson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Quirk Kirby in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gearóid Dimson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomás McWillie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 82 minutes into the game, Quirk Kirby cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Gearóid Dimson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Quirk Kirby took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gearóid Dimson. Gearóid Dimson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 12-0. Gearóid Dimson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Quirk Kirby went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Buncrana FC fully deserved thier win.
