Kildoon's Lorcan Barrett got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gearalt McJames fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meenymore Utd's protests and gave Gearalt McJames a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Meenymore Utd getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Gearalt McJames hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kerrigan Harkin was the one to do the kick off. Meenymore Utd's Gearalt McJames got his second yellow card of the match in the 67th minute. The referee ordered Gearalt McJames off the ground. Gearalt McJames kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Brenna Moran managed to get in a good position for a shot. The supporters of Kildoon booed when Meenymore Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donoghue Rutherford didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Taylor charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaac Taylor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Kildoon fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 87th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Hickey Gough, was totally fooled by Meenymore Utd's Breslin McStephen, who 89 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Kildoon's attentive Eamonn Rutherford managed to snatch the ball when Donoghue Rutherford made a throw-in in the 93rd minute of the game. 95 minutes into the game, Donoghue Rutherford threw the ball into play from the sideline.
